Siquijor Island Improvement Foundation Corp. was formed by Filipinos and foreigners with the aim of helping the heathcare system and the education of children from poorer families through the foundation's scholarship program. SIIFC has been approved and registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 20, 2007. The foundation's incorporators has named the SIQUIJORIANS the sole beneficiary of the foundation, thereby, the foundation is owned by the people of Siquijor. The foundation is licensed to run for 50 years and is currently run by the Incorporators - Board of Trustees.

  The Board of Trustees and Officers will be elected by the members each year at the annual meeting to be held at the Principal Office of the Association on January 25.

  Membership are voluntary and names will appear on the Membership Book which will be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission Office when required.

  The newly elected Board of Trustees and Officers has decided to lower the membership donation to Php 2,000.00 to attract more members. So, KABABAYAN out there! somewhere!  JOIN US.
